| Contest Rules Contestants must be 18 years or older. Entry constitutes your agreement to allow entered photographs to be published by USBestRides on it's maps and/or it's website and promotional materials without compensation, including but not limited to calenders, a compilation book. Photographs become the property of USBestRides. USBestRides reserves the right to verify, in it's sole judgement, winner eligibility. By entering, participants warrant that his or her photographs are original and do not infringe on any third party's rights or that the participant has obtained permission from third party to enter a photograph. Decisions of USBestRides shall be final and binding. By entering contest participants release and hold harmless USBestRides and it's representatives from any and all liability of any kind arising from or related to USBestRides, any prize awarded, any use of the entry materials or warrants participants make, any misuse or malfunction of any prize awarded. All taxes, fees or surcharges are the responsibility of the prize winners. In no event will the company, the advertisers or their officers be responsible or liable for any damages or loss of any kind as a result of participation in this contest. Deadline for submission of entries is midnight September 30, 2008. Winners will be notified by email by October 31, 2008 and prizes awarded at a time and date to be announced prior to the end of the contest. Prizes are, One 1st place prize of $200.00 dollars, One 2nd place prize of $100.00 dollars, One 3rd place prize of $50.00 dollars, Honorable mention prizes as deemed appropriate $25.00 gift certificate. Winners will be published in QuickThrottle magazine. |

| Were looking for Amateur photographs taken while using our maps the pictures can be of nature scenes, landscapes, wildlife, yourself w/or without your bike or group pictures. What we don't want are any indecent pictures portraying nudity, drug use, or consumption of alcohol. The pictures should be sent in JPEG format only and no larger than 3m, 750 X 500 pixels. Entries are limited to one picture per entry per day. Entries must include name and email address and location picture was taken.
